Source methodology

RENAPER identity-registration records for births registered in 2023. The publisher's national Total pais series lists the 20 most frequent given names per category; each given name in a compound name is counted separately and accents are stripped by the publisher. All-uppercase source spellings are deterministically converted to Unicode title case. Sequential rank is derived from the exact published national counts in descending order; the published top 20 per category is the publisher's full national depth.
